What have you eaten today? 9/7
B- small piece of chicken
S- 20 oz. decaf latte w/steamed skim milk and Splenda
L - 4 wheat Ritz crackers w/turkey and cheese
S - cantaloupe and some almonds
D - Spaghetti O's (I wasn't feeling well and didn't have any chicken soup)
S - Robitussin (that's all I could think about getting in)
Didn't have enough protein or water today (only got in about 45 oz. of liquids). I'll try to do better tomorrow.
okay, some how I forgot all this or posted on the wrong day.
TODAY:
breakfast: shrimp. big fat shrimp, only four to COMPLETELY stuff me to the point of nearly dumping
snack: coffee
Lunch: nuts, ate nuts until I couldnt eat anymore nuts, cashews, pistachios, macadamien, brazil and pine nuts
dinner: french crepes with blueberries I say plural, what a joke, if I get 1/2 one I will be impressed
snack: tea
