B - 20g protien shake S - 3 wheat crackers w/ sf pb L - Toasted 1/2 Wheat english muffin w/ ham and swiss S - 40oz water D - Chicken Breast

Cup of coffee with 26g of protein cappaccino B - few bites of 1/4 C bran flakes with 2% milk L - 1 small scoop of tuna salad, no bread (from Subway tuna sub) D - I'm thinking about a Heart Healthy Crab Cake 48 oz. of water...so far I'm very hungry right now and it's only 3:30 in the afternoon. I may have to break down and have a snack before dinner!!

B- one egg, one slice of ham and one slice of cheese S - 28 almonds L - one ounce of turkey.. my meals are a bit off so lunch for me is at 4:30pm and only one ounce because i can't get another thing down my throat right now. I'll get in a protein drink (achieve one) this evening! I am so full right now i can't get another bite down.

Well, I did it...I broke down and had the remainder of the scoop of tuna salad out of the subway sandwich. I'm counting that as a snack. Fortunately it filled me up, so maybe I won't even be hungry for dinner. NOT

NOTHING...........Imma try tonight to get in some more protein........this is day 5.............I had to quit acting like a "nurse" and go to ER.you know we love (as nurses) to treat/diagnose and medicate ourselves Megan, Thanks again for the email...............the cruise is in November 5 days and were staying in Orlando 48 hours before we leave for the cruise. Yeah Megan I broke down and went to ER today and I hope the meds work...........I almost cant leave the house without mapping out a route for :toilets:, my drive to work is 35-40 minutes so I have to pray that I make it...................It was becoming a bit much..................there are a few tests for bacteria in my stomach that were waiting on, but its not a small bowell obstruction or anything like that, so I'm happy for that...........talk to you later.....................Megan.......... ~~~Simone

I have had a good day eating so far - not much snacking - for a change B = 16 oz water L = tuna fish, with celer, onion and mayo in a tomato s - 1 pkg planters panuts at my grand daughters basket ball game 16 oz water (with 15 gr lemon protein in it) D - 1/2 refried beans w/ 1 1/2 oz cheese w/ 2 tsp salsa It was YUMMY I need to get a little more protein in - maybe I will make some hot choc and then another bIG glass of water.
