Need food ideas.... I'm new to OH
Hello everyone. I signed up with OH couple of months ago and just figured out how to get a pic on my profile today. I have been lurking around these message boards for quite a while and have only posted twice. I want to become more involved so I dont feel so 'alone' in the journey of mine! I am having trouble figuring out how to set up my profile but am slowely figuring it out! I am a little over 3 months out and lost 58 lbs. I think this is slower than most people but we all are different I know. I need some ideas on what everyone eats each day. I drink a protein drink or two and eat cheese and sugarfree yogurts (low carb one) alot because meats dont sit to well for me. Anyways any ideas would be sooo appreciated!

As far as food ideas, start reading the "WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY" thread. That will give you a lot of great ideas on what others are eating on a daily basis.
In re: to losing 58lbs - way to go. That's a HUGE accomplishment!!

I can understand your frustrations about meats because they don't sit real well with me either. If you are eating out, I highly recommend Pintos with cheese from Taco Bell. Majorly yummy and they sit well with me! I also eat peanut butter almost daily. And string cheese ... but I am getting REALLY tired of string cheese! Tuna also goes down okay for me too.

Great to have you with us. You've done really well on your weight loss. I've lost 41lbs so far - much slower than others, but thats' OK with me, so you are doing fine.
The only meat I can eat is ground beef or chicken & fish. Everything else gives me a pain so I avoid it. I've started having an egg for breakfast - fills me up & stops me snacking.
