What have you eaten today? 9/6
In comparison to what I see others posting. I feel like I've been eating a ton lately.
B-I had a Lean Cuisine Sweet/Sour Chicken meal-ate just the chicken-no veggies or rice.
S-nothing
L-Lean Cuisine Chicken Carbonara-again, just the chicken, no pasta.
S-protein shake
D-maybe stuffed cabbage, stuffed with ground beef/pork.
I don't know if this is a lot, but again, compared to some and their half of string cheese and .5 cup of tofu-I feel like I've been at a smorgasbord lately.
I've been eating light today as I'm back at work which helps (& makes a change!):
B - protein shake 25g protein
S - cheese string 6g protein
L - 2 cheese strings (they seem to be going down well at the moment and are convenient for work...I'll have to think of something else before I turn into one 12g protein
S - bag of cheetos (164 cals, 1.5g protein - yikes!)
D - I'll probably have a 1 egg omlette with bacon & cheese - I need to up my protein
I've been bummed out about my scale that has atrophied, so I haven't been so good with eating like I should today.....I just talked with my nut, and she doesn't think I'm eating enough (didn't think I'd have that problem). So she wants me to eat more, and especially work on getting in more protein and some veggies. So I'll start tomorrow, but for today:
B - Protein shake (35 grams of protein)
S- 2 slices of low fat cheese
L - 4 Lunchables Turkey, Cheese and wheat Ritz crackers
S-Yogurt with 1/2 packet Unjury unflavored protein mixed in
D- probably a Lean Cuisine, eating only the meat and not the pasta I usually eat some of
S- ???? maybe another protein drink
I haven't had enough water today, so I'll be drink, drink, drinking for the rest of the day
Before breakfast: 1 serving Swiss Miss no sugar added hot cocoa
Breakfast: 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Lunch: half of a whole wheat english muffin toasted with ham and cheese ... only ate about 2/3 of it.
Snack: Pure Protein bar
Dinner: chicken (crockpot recipe)...hoping it will go down. I have battles with chicken!
