What's to many Carb's ?

Hi everyone, I see everyone is having an issue with carbs. I was wondering How many carb's is to much, and should we be avoiding them all together. I'm a potato and cracker (club) freak. I don't eat to much bread and no rice at all. Do you all think, carbs can stunt our growth? I guess it's time for me to call my nut, but your input is helpful also. Thanks, Tierra

Hi Tierra, Let me know what your nutrionalist says - because - she's mine too! hahaha Seriously, I was thinking about giving Arlene a call too. I'm eating a lot more carbs then you. I'm eating toasted bread, english muffin (all whole wheat) but all kinds of carbs that I shouldn't be. UGH! Help me!

Currently Done Per Week 6 he is strict, he is not warm and fuzzy, but he is all business. he has perfected a system down to a single minded precision routine that does not fail because he has removed all 'issues' that causes failure. to him, sky is blue, grass is green, eat these two things and you will be at target in 6 months while still in the honeymoon. he has accounted for all the variants (fast losers, slow losers) early progress, late decline. it is all clockwork science to him but the results are also predictable.
