SUNDAY B - 20g protien shake S - Healthy Carb Style Toasted Bread with 1tb sf peanut butter and sf jelly L - 2oz Tunafish w/ melted cheese S - Iced SF Mocha latte w/ skim milk D - not sure probably something light

MONDAY B - 20g protien shake S - 60oz water L - 1/2 small Wendy's Chili S - Rice Cake w/ SF PB D - Turkey Sausage Link w/ a few green beans S - 100 calorie chips ahoy pack (UGH!) I only had 730 calories for the day so that's much better then the past few days.
