S - 60oz water
L - 1/2 small Wendy's Chili
S - Rice Cake w/ SF PB
D - Turkey Sausage Link w/ a few green beans
S - 100 calorie chips ahoy pack (UGH!)
I only had 730 calories for the day so that's much better then the past few days.
