2 cups of coffee with protein cappaccino added (46 grams of total protein, even though it all won't count) L - thin deli-slice of turkey with 1 slice of muenster cheese 1/8 c of black-eyed peas S - 2 bites of watermelon D - something light, we're going out tonite and I'm having wine (high liver enzymes or not)

Hi guys - So far (I totally slept in and I'm a few time zones behind the rest of you), I've had: B/L: 1/2 serving of weight smart oatmeal with 1 cup soy milk; decaff coffee with nonfat creamer The rest, to be continued.... Heather

Today~~9-2 no breakfast,( went to gym early to weigh) L~ small Wendys chili s~light n fit yogurt s~protein smoothie D~ whatever is high protein at the party(she's post WLS also so there will besomething I can eat!!!)

B- 1 Piece of wheat toast with 1 tsp. of peanut butter and sf grape jelly S - Peach yogurt L - 3 slices of cheese D - grilled tilapia and a few bites of potato salad 40 oz. of Vitamin water 10 oz. of light lemonade (I know, I needed to get in more liquids today - I'll try harder tomorrow)
