SATURDAY EXERCISE CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys Just came in from the gym, I had a quick workout today, I wanted to enjoy my first Saturday off in 3 weeks!!!! I was able to get 30 minutes on the elliptical and 2 miles on the treadmill. I had my nails, toes and eyebrows done, now Im going to lay around and watch movies with my daughter. We'll be well rested by the time hubby gets home........we have a function tonight. Ok you guys have a great weekend!!!!!

Sounds like you still had a great workout. And pampering, too!! What function are you going to tonight? I had personal training this morning. We focused on legs and stretching. That was for an 1hour and 1/2. Afterwards I did 45 on the arc trainer and about 30-45 minutes on abs.

Whats the arc trainer???? One of the girls I met on OH, I was actually her angel, she's having a end of the summer get together, so me and my DH are going. I really notice the difference ...........with the weight loss I'm always on the go much more......I would shy away from so many outings before. I'm still waiting to have a drink maybe tonight........my plan was to wait until November, I may try tonight though.

Hi Everyone, I got to the gym today and did about an hour and 15 minutes of weight training and 45 minutes of cardio. Tomorrow is cardio only, so I'll probably do about an hour or so of cardio and call it a day. I usually take Wednesdays and Sundays off from exercise, but since I didn't go on Friday, I'm making up for it tomorrow. Good night everyone!
