FRIDAY EXERCISE CHALLENGE!!!

Hi Guys, I haventbeen posting the exercise challenge everyday. I have only made it to the gym twice this week, we had amajor emergency at work yesterday and at the end of it all I had a mini wow moment..................We had to shower and change after it all. They have the back up green scrubs you see staff at most hospitals wearing...............well yesterday I was able to fit into a 2x and it was still very big on me, whereas to get a really loose fit before I had to special order a 4x, I dont like anything tight, showing my rolls!!!! Anyway I did walk at work during lunch all week, I plan to walk today and get to the gym for about 1 1/2 hrs or so, we'll see. Shout out your exercise plans!!!! Simone 330/265/Goal140-150??

Hi Simone, I didn't realize we started out sooo close. Looks like our progress is about the same I've made it to the Gym everday this week and plan to do and 45 minutes cardio and 30 minutes of upper body strength training. Not planning to come back to town this weekend to go the gym but who knows (it seems to be getting addictive to me who would've thought!! Have an awesome Friday and weekend! Mandy 332/264.5/150??

Oh yeah we were and still are close in our starting and present weight.........how tall are you, I'm 5'9". I see we also have the same goal.........keep up the good work!!! You have a great weekend too!!

Hey everyone, I'm planning to go to the gym after work today. Today is my cardio day, so I'll do 10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then I'll do abs, thighs and butt, then finish with 45 minutes of cardio. I've been to the gym every day week except Wednesday, and I'll go tomorrow and take Sunday off. I try to go 5 days a week, so we'll see if I can stick to it this week!

I'm going to work out like i regularly do BUT tonight i'm taking a belly dancing class. I'm not sure it's much exercise but i love it and i laugh alot during it and that means so much to me! Be Well, ANDI

Hi Girlie Girlie Simone!! Nice to see you posting this morning. I've missed you this week. Congrats on the 2x scrubs. That's awesome!! Scrubs run small too, don't they? Way to go!! I've worked out everyday this week with the exception of Tuesday when I was in Atlanta. Tonight I have personal training from 5-7 so I'm sure he'll have me doing some crazy things. Hey, Megan. You were in my neck of the woods this past Tuesday - I live in Atlanta. If I'd known, you could have come and worked out with me at LA Fitness. This afternoon when I go to the gym, I'm going to up my cardio by trying to alternate between jogging and a fast walk. I've been doing a brisk walk, but I'm noticing that my heart rate isn't getting up enough, so that means I'm needing to up my level, I'm thinking. We'll see how it goes!

Hey Detroit Diva! It's Saturday am and I'm off to the gym for cardio 45 minutes on the treadmill and my goal is 15 MINUTES ON THE ELYPTICAL MACHINE. I hit 10 minutes this past week and thought of you! Sunday will be water walking at the Y and Monday is my appt with the personal trainer. Enjoy your Labor Day weekend! Hey Kathy just got in from the gym 30 minutes elliptical and 2 miles on the treadmill........I promised myself I would not spend 2-3 hours at the gym....this is my first Saturday off in 3 weeks!!!!!
