Pre-Breakfast: Protein Shake (23 grams of protein), 6 oz. liquids Breakfast: Small piece of skinless chicken (probably around 17 grams?), med. decaf coffee w/skim milk and Splenda, 20 oz. liquid Snack: Some cantaloupe (1 gram protein, good carbs) Lunch: 1/2 of a small Wendy's chilli w/cheese (17 grams of protein) Snack: Q Smart 20 oz. Vitamin Water Dinner: Probably some cheese on wheat crackers Snack: probably Strawberries and Sugar Free Whipped Cream 10 oz. Light Lemonade
