I cannot believe there are 3 of us that we know of that are "stuck" at around 205. So let's see how soon we can move the scales???? Maybe we will all do it on the same day and by this time next week - we --Ok let's give us 2 weeks - we will ALL be in ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!

Gosh, I hope you're right. I'd love nothing more right now then to be in Onederland. A couple of weeks ago I dropped 10lbs almost literally over night. That was after being on a stall. I hope that my body is doing the same now! Usually after my period I have a big drop. My period should be coming in the next few days... we'll see!!
I'm at 206.0 this morning!!!
Let's do it! I'm going to increase protien and decrease carbs. I think that may help. I don't know that I can increase my excerise anymore. I'm working out ridiculous amounts already so my plan is to lower the carbs.

Count me on board!!!!!! After chatting with you all I believe we can break this stall. Let's do it together. I'm commiting to upping my protein and liquids, and changing my exercise around some. Let's work on breaking this stall soon and being in ONDERLAND together within the next week or two. So I think I did better today with my protein intake. Here's what I've had so far:
Pre-Breakfast: Protein Shake (23 grams of protein), 6 oz. liquids
Breakfast: Small piece of skinless chicken (probably around 17 grams?), med. decaf coffee w/skim milk and Splenda, 20 oz. liquid
Snack: Some cantaloupe (1 gram protein, good carbs)
Lunch: 1/2 of a small Wendy's chilli w/cheese (17 grams of protein)
Snack: Q Smart
20 oz. Vitamin Water
Dinner: Probably some cheese on wheat crackers
Snack: Strawberries and Sugar Free Whipped Cream
10 oz. Light Lemonade
So...by the end of today I'll have had about 65 grams of protein and 56 oz. of liquids -that's more than I've been getting in recently.
What are you guys currently eating, and/or what are you going to eat to try to up your protein?

Revision on what I'm eating today...don't want to short myself on the protein count, lol. I forgot to add the QSmart protein bar, which is 10 grams of protein. So by the end of today (I can't believe it, lol), I will have had 75 grams of protein. I don't think I've gotten in that much protein in a day since surgery!!
Hey Alisa - sounds like you did amazing on the protien today. GREAT JOB! Did you change your routine at the gym? I'm just now getting home from the gym. I did 45minutes on the elipitical and 45 minutes on the arc trainer as well as 45minutes circut training. Today I did legs. Tomorrow I ahve personal training with my trainer and we'll do arms and chest.
I posted in the "What have you eaten today" what I've eaten for the day. I"m up to 52gprotien.
Hey Megan, I just got back from the gym and I tried changing up on the cardio by using the elliptical instead of the treadmill that I usually use, but the elliptical is kind of hard on my knees, so I ended up going back to the treadmill. I did about an hour of weight training, and tonight only did 24 minutes of cardio, when I usually go 30 minutes when I do weights. I had to stop early because of the time. I alternate between weights and cardio, so tomorrow will be mostly cardio and I'll end with abs and gluts.
I still need to get in more liquids tonight because I'm short 20 ozs. to making my 60 for the day.
Are you still stepping on the scales every day? I was doing this, but since I've been on the stall, I told myself last Monday that I was't getting on the scales until next Tuesday morning. So every morning this week I've stared at the scale like it was this big monster getting ready to eat me up, and I walked quickly by, lol. Hopefully when I step on it Tuesday morning my stall will have ended.

I'm so bad about staying away from the scale. I weigh myself at least 4-5x a day. Isn't that horrible? I just weighed myself and I'm 205.9 - I always weigh the most at night so I'm hoping that means when I get on in the morning I'll be around 202-203ish. Of course, I'm probably expecting way too much and I'll be really disappointed in the morning. We'll see!!
