Pre-Breakfast: Protein shake Breakfast: Two small pieces of grilled chicken, decaf. coffee w/steamed skim milk Vitamin Water Snack: Cantaloupe Vitamins For lunch I'll have a Lunchables Turkey and cheese on wheat Ritz crackers More Vitamin Water Don't know what I'm having for dinner, probably part of a Lean Cuisine Protein shake Vitamins I'm trying to up my liquides and proteins, because I seem to be in a stall (gaining and losing the same 1 pound) for almost 2 weeks now. It's very discouraging. I've been doing so well, and I'm 7 pounds from being in ONEDERLAND and I'd hoped to have been there by now (sad face). I'm exercising 5 times a week, so the only thing I can think of is I'm not getting in enough protein and liquids. That's always been a challenge for me, but it's never seemed to stop my weight loss until now.

Hi Everyone Early am~(5am) sugar free red bull( I had to I'm outta Achievone) breakfast 1/2 package weight control oatmeal snack~wheat thins/tbspn peanut butter lunch~ 1/2 cup chili dinner ~baked chicken and salad(cooking now) snack~ try to squeeze in a protein drink before bed I try to saty on the 6 small meals every 3-4 hours, I find that I lose the 3-4 lbs a week when I do

preB - Nectar protein drink B - 1/2 protein bar L - few bites of tuna salad and cottage cheese (threw that up) D - Black-eyed peas with ham/chopped spinach Going to try to get in another protein drink before bed.

Hi Everybody, Breakfast- Atkins Advantage Shake(Vannilla Caramel Cream) 18g Snack- peanuts Lunch- 3oz tuna, with 4 wheat ritz crackers 21g Snack- more peanuts ($0.50 bag of peanuts I ate on all day for snack) 19g Dinner- 1/2 cup of roasted potatoes 8oz Mocha Cappachino 10g I'm so proud of my self, I finnally got in the required protein intake (50mg) and then some. Now I just need to do that everyday and I will be fine. Tierra

EARLY - 16 OZ WATER b- 1/2 C COTTAGE CHEESE S - SF PUDDING AND 1/2 BANANA 12 OZ OF CRYSTAL LITE L - CHEESE AND WHEAT THINS 12 OZ CAN OF MINUTE MAID S - PROTEIN BAR D - 1 PIECE OF bbq CHICKEN PIZZA 16 OZ WATER I THINK I GOT EVERYTHING IN - HAVE TO GO ADD IT AND SEE.

Good evening all (most of you are probably in bed by now) - I had (so far): B: south beach diet bar (3/4 of it) L: 1/2 veggie burger with 1 slice chesse, 1/2 tomato D: 1 slice veggie pizza So far I'm only at 36g protein so I probably need to have a shake or something... Good night! Heather

the good: 1 oz cheese stick 1 oz chicken 1 oz sirloin steak the badk: 26 oz sf tea MOM in the PM = BM in the AM and a growly tummy all day long.
