I'm trying to up my liquides and proteins, because I seem to be in a stall (gaining and losing the same 1 pound) for almost 2 weeks now. It's very discouraging. I've been doing so well, and I'm 7 pounds from being in ONEDERLAND and I'd hoped to have been there by now (sad face). I'm exercising 5 times a week, so the only thing I can think of is I'm not getting in enough protein and liquids. That's always been a challenge for me, but it's never seemed to stop my weight loss until now.

Early am~(5am) sugar free red bull( I had to I'm outta Achievone)
breakfast 1/2 package weight control oatmeal
snack~wheat thins/tbspn peanut butter
lunch~ 1/2 cup chili
dinner ~baked chicken and salad(cooking now)
snack~ try to squeeze in a protein drink before bed
I try to saty on the 6 small meals every 3-4 hours, I find that I lose the 3-4 lbs a week when I do

Breakfast- Atkins Advantage Shake(Vannilla Caramel Cream) 18g
Snack- peanuts
Lunch- 3oz tuna, with 4 wheat ritz crackers 21g
Snack- more peanuts ($0.50 bag of peanuts I ate on all day for snack) 19g
Dinner- 1/2 cup of roasted potatoes
8oz Mocha Cappachino 10g
I'm so proud of my self, I finnally got in the required protein intake (50mg) and then some. Now I just need to do that everyday and I will be fine.
