So far... B - 2 sausage links (1 oz each) 250 cal and 9 grms of protein S - 8 oz 2% milk 130 cal and 8 grams of protein L - Lean cuisine Portabello Steak Tips (just the meat I don't do LC frozen broccoli or mushrooms lol) 100 calories and 12 grams of protein So far Calories 480 Protein 29 I haven't been tracking calories because I've been sooo focused on getting enough protein in. After reading a post from earlier on the board i decided to keep track my calories and see how many I'm getting in. I know the sausage links weren't the greatest choice but I left home with no breakfast and had to eat what the school lunchroom had (Hey in the old days I would have devoured 2 pancakes loaded with syrup to go wit it ) Dinner will probably be some meat with green beans. And evening snack of 12 oz Chocolate Milk (made with Hershey's Sugar Free Choc. Syrup and skim milk) Yummy for 12 grams of protein and 130 calories

10oz cup of tea 1 oz salmon salad 5 wheat thin crackers 2 oz of zipfizz (B12 water) now for some lunch.. hmm hmm hmm what to eat, what to eat.

Hi everybody, B- Nothing( I was Bad ) L- cup of MD crab soup S- handfull of potato chips( Bad again) D- Baked Chicken leg & 2 forkfulls of brocolli(sp), Buy the way it made me feel sick. S- I would like watermelon, have to see how i feel from dinner Megan have fun in the ATL even though your working Tierra

Early - 16 oz water b - weight control oatmeal w/ 3/4 c milk s 12 oz crystal lite l 1 hot dog (no bun) with small amount chili sauce 1/2 c sugar free carmel revel ice cream 12 oz water s 1 bag bbq soy crisps s2 1 pc little ceasers pizza 12 oz diet coke d 1/2 c chili 1/2 banana now I need to try and enter it on fit day and see how I am doing. Protein and calorie wise. And I also need to go get a big glass of ice water.
