I slacked BIG time over the weekend not posting this. I should have... I always eat better when I have to account for it. I ate like complete crap on Saturday - so much so that I gained 2lbs. Isn't that lovely? I'm back up to 206. :<
Anyway enough about me!! When you are ready - post what you've eaten today!!

I've had the snack attacks all weekend
Anyway, I've tried to curb them a bit more today so here goes:
B - 1 slice toast with butter
L - 2oz chilli & rice, 3 chips with cheese dip
S - 1oz salted peanuts/cachews
S - very small amount of strawberry icecream!!!!!
Still have to decide what to have tonight - should really go for a protein shake but dont
think I will.....
I think I must be PMSing - because I'm with you on the snack attack.
So far today I've had:
B - 20g Protien Shake
S - Slice of American Cheese
L - Carb Syle Toasted bread with slice of turkey and melted swiss cheese
S - 100 calorie cheese nips
Still working on the same 20oz water I started the day out with. UGH WHAT"S WRONG WITH ME!?
I had the "yacks" last night over some taco salad. So this morning I was in no mood to eat! I tried to eat some string cheese for breakfast and couldn't stomach it. I did manage to get down a couple whole wheat Ritz with peanut butter.
Now it's lunch time and my stomach is feeling a bit better so I made half a slice of toast and put some grilled chicken and cheese on it and toasted it. So far, so good!
Snack --- I should eat a protein bar but we'll see how much tummy is handling lunch.
Dinner---I got a roasted chicken out of the hot deli at the grocery store so hopefully I can get some down. Chicken usually isn't my best friend though! But we'll see how it goes tonight.
And I can second the whole snacking/PMS thing ... I'm right there with ya!!!

I snacked a little over the weekend because I was stuck at work and thats ALL they do is snack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think they PURPOSELY do it around me to see if I will give in, call me PARANOID but its true.
Today I had
after workout~ 3/4 cups small Wendys chili
snack~mandarin oranges
dinner~ 1/2 turkey burger(patty only)w/ lowfat cheese, string beans
snack~ cyrsatl sky nectar
I lost 6 lbs from the last day I weighed, which was Thursday!!!!!!!!! I only weigh at the gym, and I never eat before I go unless I have an achiveone(which I'm all out of
..............thats seems to happen often the scale wont move a few days then I have a 3-6 lb weight loss.....................thats kewl with me though!!!!!
Thanks for posting this again. It really helps to see how everyone is managing their food and it keeps me on track.
