Weekend Exercise Challenge!!!

Hi everyone! If you're like me, you don't exercise as much over the weekend ... anyone up for some exercise over the next couple of days? I normally go to the gym on Friday nights but today is my husband's birthday so I'm taking him out to dinner instead. Not sure yet where we're going or what I'll eat. Anyone notice how it's not nearly as fun to go out to eat anymore?! Hee, hee! Anyway, to make up for the lack of exercise tonight, I am hereby vowing to go to the gym on Saturday. Me, at the gym THIS weekend! I'm planning on doing my 45 minute weights/circuit training, along with 30-40 minutes of cardio. Whew, I'll be worn out for sure! Have a great weekend! Deanna

OK! I WILL EXERCISE BOTH SAT AND SUNDAY. I have been awful at the exercising bit of this journey!!! But already this morning I rode 30 minutes on my bike and later I WILL do my weight exercises!!! Thanks for the challenge!! Darlene N.

I finally made it to the gym on a Saturday! I did 20 min on the bike, 10 on the cross trainer and 30 on the treadmill. I also did several weight macines. I also went walking w/ my daughter in the stroller for an hour. Thanks for the challenge... b/c I will need it tomorrow. Kristen
