B ~ 20g Protien Shake (GNC 100% Why chocolate protien) S ~ 40oz water L ~ Slice of turkey and swiss cheese w/ honey djon I'll likely skip dinner as we're going bar hoping tonight and I know I'll have more then the calories I should in wine.

Carrie, I wanted to ask you how you handle the Lean Pockets? I've been thinking about getting some for lunch, but wasn't sure how my pouch would handle it. Which ones do you eat?

OKay here it goes.... S- grande, sf vanilla, nf, decaf latte B- 2 egg whites w/ onion L- salad w/ 1/4 cup cottage ch as dressing d-??? i have had two 23oz h2o tooo.... having trouble getting back to my shakes....need to pry ad one again a day so i meet all protein needed!

B~ Activa Yogurt L~1/2 of a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread toasted S~ 1/2 cup of pretzels w/ cheese I think I am going to make seafood tonight for dinner. So far 48 oz of water
