oh oh oh I had a baby shower yesterday, it was painfully hard to make good choices.
the celery plate was fine, but the dip nearly had me dumping, they did offer sliced ham and turkey, but the crossant would have been a bad choice. I also could not believe the amount of food I consumed, told my husband that it was obsene what I put away, he said, what were yout thinking, hello, I stopped when I got full, but was shocked how long I could eat before I got full.
yesterday:
PB: 10 oz tea
B: 1 oz string cheese (6g protein)
S:16 oz crystal light peach tea
L: 3 sticks celery, 1 oz turkey(8g protein), 4 pretzels, 1 sip fruit punch
S: 2 sticks celery, 1/2 marshmellow dipped on chocolate (fountain), 1 piece of cake sans frosting
S2: 1 cupcake sans frosting, 3 pretzels, 1 bavarian creme filled puff, 10 oz isopure (20g protein: Grape)
D: 1 oz salmon, 1 slice squash(8 g protein)
