I swiped Megan's regular post ... hope that's okay!! Thanks for sharing what you have eaten today ... I need some menu ideas!
B--I had my usual "breakfast of champions".....string cheese and 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Yes, I'm in a rut for breakfast ... I need breakfast ideas! Eggs haven't been doing down well for me lately.
L--half of an Orowheat 100% whole wheat english muffin toasted to a crisp with about 1 oz. of Louis Rich grilled chicken breast pieces and a tad of shredded cheese. Didn't eat the whole thing though. I ate all the chicken but left behind part of the english muffin.
S--Pure Protein bar
D--planning to have ground turkey mixed with some spaghetti sauce, topped with shredded cheese, couple bites of salad (just got the go-ahead on salad)

Its cool Megan wont mind.
Breakfast~shaved deli meat, 1/2 boiled egg
Lunch~ fish from LONG JOHN SILVERS(the mushy steamed baked fish, I was out today and it was the best choice)
snack~cup of watermelon
dinner~tuna pouch w/ egg~great protein source and low cal(gotta luv it)
snack~ protein drink

Hey, I'm PMSing watch out:
B- skipped (had a few drinks of my Nectar protein drink)
L- Japanese Steakhouse
some salad w/ginger dressing
some veggies
some shrimp
some steak
some fried rice
S- part of a pretzel from Auntie Anne's Pretzels
D- some leftovers (not too much because it tasted to greasy)
2 cheese on wheat crackers
a few bites of strawberries
Wow, this little piggy needs to call it a day!

Hi all -
I had:
B: leftover salad with grilled chicken (2oz)
L: some chicken drumstick without the skin; 1 oz fresh mozzarella with basil
S1: 3/4 of a south beach protein bar
S2: about 1/3 c of chex mix
D: some chicken, some veggies, some tofu
S2: unjury 1 scoop protein shake (20g protein)
Wow...I ate a lot today........

L - 1/4 BBQ whopper from Burger King (no fries or drink) EEK!!!!! Enjoyed it though
S - cheese string
D - 3oz spaghetti bolognaise - ate too much felt stuffed after and wished I hadn't eaten it! I hate it when I 'waste' my food choices like this, as it wasn't wonderful tasting either
