wow... my three month appointment was a week early, but I did it. now I have three more months to loose 47 lbs and I will be sitting pretty. PROTIEN after a big huge discussion, he swears up and down from my blood work I am getting too much protien. so obviously for my body, 2-3 oz of pure meat a day is plenty. who would have thunk? VEGETABLES not enough, or I would not have toilet issues. increase those bad boys. WATER I have been ordered to DOUBLE my intake. yeah, I am looking forward to doing THAT. rather clean the toddler boys toilets. EXERSIZE I explained that I am only getting 125 calories a day I do not have enough energy to exersize like before. he said hogwash and poppy**** I have 45 lbs of extra fat, that is 20,000 calories of extra fuel, so I could run on 2000 calories a day for the next 90 days and burn it off without eating another bite. the protein that I am eating is just replenishing my muscle structure. WARM FUZZIES he has none, I knew this going in, he is not an enabler, he is not there to validate my needs, he is just a tool. fine. back in 3 months and tthhhbbbb~~~~ I will be skinny, so THERE! heehee. what a twirp!

Congrats on your weight loss, being in onederland, and going to your visit! I have to say, your surgeon sounds like a jerk , but that's my opinion. I can't imagine existing on 125 calories a day, and reading your postings in the past I can't believe you are getting in enough protein, but I'm not a doctor. Having said all that, congratulations on your terrific progress!! Take care, Heather

yes, he is an overpowering twirp, can not tolerate anyone asking questions or suggesting anything. *sigh* but hey, I only have to see him for 15 minutes 4 times a year, so really it is a moot point. I AM THE SKINNY ONE! he said that the next three months the weight loss would slow down so I had to take advantage of the 125 calories filling me up while I can because in 3 more months, I would be eating more and loosing less. as for the proteins, he did the blood test and I am actually in great shape, shocked the crud out of me. normal proteins are 6.1-7.9 grams per deciliter, and I am at 6.8 so obviously while I can count protien grams on a package serving, the fact is that either I am utilizing them better or SOMETHING because while 6.8 is just shy of the middle, it is still right in the middle.

Omg, is 197 what you weigh now? I'm so jealous that you're out of the 200's! I still have 3lbs to go. Congrats on a good appointment. Regardless of what he says I think you're doing AMAZING! I can't believe you're only getting in 125 calories a day. I'm getting in closer to 800!

today: Breakfast: 1 oz sirloin steak Calories 57.8 drink: 12 oz zipfizz Calories 08.0 Lunch: 2 oz alaska cod Calories 58.12 drink: 12 oz propel Calories 16 Dinner: 2 oz tomato soup Calories 60 drink: 20 oz herbal tea Calories 0 today was a 200 calorie day, and I got my stuff in, feel good, and other than being low on fluids, doing okay. I was surprized that I was well out of the 200's, took me all 80 days to loose 50.5 lbs. there were days that I stalled for 14 days, and then poof, it just fell off when I stopped worrying about it. seems the more you worry, the harder it is, the less you worry, the more it just falls off. what is helping me on the calories is that I am not drinking any milk. no shakes, no dairy at all. just one shake can be a 100 - 200 calorie bomb. you know that you can do it. just little by little.

Do you see a nutritionist because in reality your body is going to start consuming itself and that's scary...you need more food simply because you could lose your hair/nails? I wish you alot of luck because you're doing phenomenal...keep it up girly you're going to be a glamour girl. Be Well, ANDI

it is already consuming itself. all my lab work says that my protiens and my glucloses are fine, actually my HDL/LDL are out of whack so less cholestrol, but everything else is really fine. Dana? do you see a nutritionist? I did go to the manicurist last week and had my eyebrows and lip waxed, so those are fine, my hair is growing like mad, I need to get that cut this coming week. and I had a pedicure when I had my nails done last week and all are still growing like wildfire. and let me tell you about HAIR it is on my legs, it is on my arms, it is on my armpits, it is on my toes, it is even on my belly, I have so much hair, I can not help but wish some of it would fall out, I am so sick and tired of paying peope to pull it out with wax, shave it off with foams and creams. all these vitamins are making my body so freaking healthy, when I die I will have nothing to die from. I will be the healthiest dead corpse there is! hehe

FREEZING TO DEATH!! why am I freezing each night? the a/c is set at 78' so it is not that. I am drinking hot tea, so it is not that but I am FREEZING. I am sleeping under 2 heavy winter mountain quilts and can not get warm.
