Hi there Simone! Great idea to start an exercise challenge! I was REALLY proud of myself last night because I went to the gym and did 45 minutes of circuit training/weights. Then I also did 35 minutes on the "hill" setting on the treadmill. Woo hoo! But my butt is really hurting today! Ouch! Tonight I'm going to a water aerobics class that lasts 60 minutes. The instructor kicks our butts and it's a great workout. I LOVE water aerobics!!! Deanna

Thanks!! I want to star****er aerobics but I havent found one in my area yet that meet when I can attend.................................Now dont get those gluteals to tight now(with the hill setting)..you may get hubby excited and end up a mommy of 3!

Last night was 35 minutes in the weight room on upper body, 3 sets 10-12 reps. Followed that up with a 30 minute walk/run. Tonight will be weight room on the lower body, then a bike ride and mowing the yard in the 90 degree heat. MIGHT have time to strip off some old floor tile tonight. Life is good. Hawkeye Mike

Oh Mike that floor tile is a complete workout in itself, done that before WLS and there were 4 LAYERS(before we reached the sub floor)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We joked about each til being from the 50's, 60's 70's etc. I had sore muscles for days!!!!!!!!!!

I've just bought myself an abdominiser so am now doing sit ups added to redecorting my house - so it's wallpaper stripping and painting for me. I've also got 2 sets of stairs one to our bedroom and another to go up again to my daughters so I'm trying to run up both sets each time I need to go. I used to send Ron (DH) or Millie (daughter) instead of going myself. It's a start, but I'm working on getting more direct exercise in. Thanks for the accountability
