THURSDAY EXERCISE CHALLENGE!!!!

Great idea to start an exercise challenge!
I was REALLY proud of myself last night because I went to the gym and did 45 minutes of circuit training/weights. Then I also did 35 minutes on the "hill" setting on the treadmill. Woo hoo! But my butt is really hurting today! Ouch!
Tonight I'm going to a water aerobics class that lasts 60 minutes. The instructor kicks our butts and it's a great workout. I LOVE water aerobics!!!

Last night was 35 minutes in the weight room on upper body, 3 sets 10-12 reps. Followed that up with a 30 minute walk/run. Tonight will be weight room on the lower body, then a bike ride and mowing the yard in the 90 degree heat. MIGHT have time to strip off some old floor tile tonight. Life is good.

I've just bought myself an abdominiser so am now doing sit ups added to redecorting my house - so it's wallpaper stripping and painting for me. I've also got 2 sets of stairs one to our bedroom and another to go up again to my daughters so I'm trying to run up both sets each time I need to go. I used to send Ron (DH) or Millie (daughter) instead of going myself.
It's a start, but I'm working on getting more direct exercise in.
