Hi Megan, I had a Blue Bunny Carb Freedom Yogurt Smoothie (black berry creme).On the drive to work. Then had Most of a packet of Quaker Weight control cinnamon oatmeal. & it will be Chickensalad for lunch, then cheesestick for snack. Not sure about dinner yet. ~Missy~

Hi Megan B - Protein Shake L - 1 oz chicken salad (chicken/cheese/lite mayo) & 1oz refried beans S - small packet of cheesy crackers (usually go down well, but not today for some reason - semi dumped and felt horrid D - may not have anything as still recovering from crackers or just a protein shake

B - 8 oz skiim milk (8 gm protein) L - 2 oz turkey (4 gm protein) I teach 3rd grade we eat at 10:30!! S - Atkins Advantage Bar (11 gm protein) D - not sure yet S - probably lowfat string cheese (6 gm protein)
