Protien reminder
I debated on posting this because I don't want to come across as the "pro". I'm not by any means but I then I thought - well if I didn't know I'd want someone to point it out to me.
Our bodies can only absorb max of 30-35g of protien in one setting. Those drinks that are higher in protien or food is a waste of your calories. I'm not sure on the time between settings... I believe its 3-4 hours. I've seen a lot of posts over the past couple of days with protiens in the upper 30-40 and even one was 50. Just becareful.
