What have you eaten today? 8/22
B--string cheese and 4 whole wheat Ritz with 1 tablespoon peanut butter (yes, I have this practically every day! It's the only thing that sits well with me in the morning!)
L--I took some grilled chicken breast pieces (Louis Rich) and put them on half of a whole wheat/whole grain english muffin with a smidge of shredded cheese and then toasted it in the toaster oven. I made it through half of it before I was soooooo full that I thought I was going to hurl. So, I couldn't even get down 1/4 of an english muffin! Sometimes I find it so funny how little I can actually eat!
S--1 slice Kraft "wrapper" cheese
D--I put some meatballs in the oven so I'll try to eat one and some green beans
I missed my protein bar AGAIN today. Ugh! I need to get my butt in gear!

S - N/A - too busy at work
L - 3 shrimp and a couple of fries that came with it (I'm bad!)
S - a handfull of salted peanuts
D - N/A - I really should have eaten something
S - about 10 grapes
I did better on protein with the drink this morning, shrimp at lunch and some nuts but still not enough.
