Anyones weightloss seem to be.....
I'm sure you don't want to hear this - but I'm going to say it anyway because it's the truth. ;)
To start - 70lbs is AWESOME. Congrats on losing so much so quickly (that's my magic number right now as well).
Secondly, our weight loss is like a staircase. You'll have times when you lose rapidly and other times (like now) that it seems to stahl or go slower. Feel blessed that you're still losing and not on a stahl. I've been on 2 3-5 weeks stahls already. I know how frustrating it gets. Trust me!!
To get past the "slower" times: Are you working out? If so, step it up a notch. How much protien are you getting in daily? Up it. What about carbs? Lower them. Drink more water and continue to take your viatmins. It will pick-up again!
You have done great so far. Now, 2 things to remember. First is everybody will have plateaus or stalls when they don't lose for a few weeks or stay about the same. This is normal. Second, the closer we get to our goal, the less weekly we will lose because we have less to lose. We may still be losing at lets say 2% a week of our excess weight but when we had 100 pounds to lose that was 2 pounds. When you only have lets say 40 pounds to lose that 2% is only .8 pounds (less than a pound). The law of diminishing returns. So don't get discouraged if it slows down, you are still losing at the same rate but have less to lose from.

yep, just roll with it, I like the % analogy.. I do think that it is a % and when there is less too lose, it just takes longer.
I have been charting graphically my changes and I can see it like a staircase, perfectly normal.
just keep chugging
