What have YOU eaten today? B ~ 30g protien shake S ~ 35oz water L ~ 100 calorie cheeto pack (POOR CHOICE!) S ~ 35oz water and I snuck a miniture hershey's I'm a bad example today. Ha! I'm following a pattern over the last week of making poor food choices. Sorry guys. Kick my butt!!

B~ 40 gram protein Shake S~ grapes and Sting cheese L~ lean pocket (whole Wheat) S ~ 12 gram protein bar (GNC) I am doing really bad with the water today. Maybe 2 glasses so far! I have such a hard time and still can't gulp.

My day has been very boring in the food department. Nothing sounds good. B: 13g protein bar L: 17g protein bar S: 12 oz. milk No clue about dinner. Maybe some leftover meatloaf. It seemed to go down well yesterday.

B--string cheese and 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with 1 tablespoon peanut butter L--pintos and cheese and 4 tortilla chips S--4 whole wheat Ritz with 1 slice Kraft cheese (in the wrapper, I always call it "wrapper cheese!") D--will have taco meat and cheese on half of a hard taco shell, and maybe a strawberry or two I didn't eat a protein bar today and I'm way behind on my protein. Bad, bad, bad! It's just been "one of those days" ... ugh! Deanna

First day back to school so... *Coffee for breakfast - not good! *2 oz chicken, one baby potato, 3 tablespoons eggplant for lunch *1 slice whole wheat veggie pesto pizza (didn't eat the crust), 1 cup mixed salad greens for dinner *snack - 1 cup cherries Not bad altogether.

I had to get into work early and planned to eat a hard boiled egg I had in my office frig. I was on vacation and thought it would still be good but asked my staff first and they said no way, that hard boiled eggs are only good for a few days. I didn't think so but didn't want to risk it so I didn't eat. ALos forgot to bring my protein powder so today was not a good day as far as food. B ~ skipped S ~ skipped L ~ chicken with mixed veg at a chinese restaurant - didn't eat much though and skipped the egg roll and wanton soup. S ~ 1/4 banana D ~ sheperd's pie (potatoe/corn/hamburger meat) - didn't eat a large portion but still too much. I'm afraid I'm getting hunger back again. Maybe it's from skipping meals??

Yea but Megan I bet those Cheetos tasted good!!! Sorry, shouldn't encourage you in your 'bad' ways Dont you think the odd day or odd food that's not a good choice is OK? As long as we don't take it to excess like I used to - i.e. eat the whole huge bag of cheetos in one sitting!!

B- Cream of Wheat made with milk S - Blueberries (YUM-YUM) L Tuna and Egg Salad and so far 36 oz water S- slice of deli cheese and deli peppered turkey. Supper will probably be cottage cheese in a tomato. AND MORE WATER!!!!! Thanks again for keeping us on our toes?
