What have you eaten today? 8/21
B--string cheese and 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
L--pintos and cheese and 4 tortilla chips
S--4 whole wheat Ritz with 1 slice Kraft cheese (in the wrapper, I always call it "wrapper cheese!")
D--will have taco meat and cheese on half of a hard taco shell, and maybe a strawberry or two
I didn't eat a protein bar today and I'm way behind on my protein. Bad, bad, bad! It's just been "one of those days" ... ugh!

I had to get into work early and planned to eat a hard boiled egg I had in my office frig. I was on vacation and thought it would still be good but asked my staff first and they said no way, that hard boiled eggs are only good for a few days. I didn't think so but didn't want to risk it so I didn't eat. ALos forgot to bring my protein powder so today was not a good day as far as food.

S ~ skipped
L ~ chicken with mixed veg at a chinese restaurant - didn't eat much though and skipped the egg roll and wanton soup.
S ~ 1/4 banana
D ~ sheperd's pie (potatoe/corn/hamburger meat) - didn't eat a large portion but still too much.
I'm afraid I'm getting hunger back again. Maybe it's from skipping meals??
