How do ya keep it all organized?
We have soo many things to keep track of: protein, vitamins, water, exercise.
How do you keep it all organized? Do you use www.fitday.com, other websites, paper, or your own organizational program?
I started w/ fitday.. but then I just would forget to enter the info, then I used a journal page that I got from my surgeons office and made copies and put it into a 3 ring binder. I haven't been using this and I not sure why... guess it just isn't handy. Tonight I found something on the obesityhelp.com store called The Diet Minder that tracks everything. It looks like a nice tool from the small picture.
The purse size Weigh****chers Journal would be perfect--- specifically designed for WLS Isn't this a good idea? I would buy it.

I'm with you on this one! I started using fitday.com about two months ago. Sometimes I find it annoying and when I'm out of course I can't log in right away to track what I'm eating. On the weekends, I'm horrible about using it. While I'm at work I'm good about tracking but only because I sit infront of a computer all day long. It's def. not accurate but it's what I use. I'd love to have something like the WW pocket again!!
