I've read in a few places (mostly the "what have you eaten today" thread) that a lot of you are eating cereal. I'm curious what kinds everyone is eating?

I just started cold cereal here in the last week or so weight control oatmeal south beach kroger brand with almonds and crunch(lower carbs and with skim milk its 14 grams of protein for about 200 calories) I was also going to tell you about the tuna pouches, with one egg you have 27 grams of protein with only 3 oz and about 100 calories....Pretty good...I have it for lunch about 3-4 times a week. http://www.starkist.com/template.asp?section=products/pouch.asp

The only cereal I've tried eating was Wheaties (and Captain Crunch one time - really healthy, huh? ). I can't tolerate the milk thought, even the 1%.

I cant' eat any type of cereal now, which is strange because that has only happened in the last 2 weeks. Without fail they make me dump. I can eat oatmeal though not that I fancy it in Summer

Good question but does that mean we can't ever have soup or other liquid type meals? I haven't read much on this so I don't really know.

I can eat any cereal and I don't have a problem drinking milk. I usually eat rice or wheat chex, special k, cereals with no added sugar. As for the milk my nutritionist tells me to drink fat free.

I can't recall the exact brand name, but I've been eating the "high protein" cereal. I can eat it with or without milk. It has 18 grams of protein in 1 cup. I also eat the "Bare Naked" low sugar granola
