What have you eaten today 8/20?
I have NO idea how but I dropped 2lbs from yesterday. I didn't eat yesterday but I drank like a fish last night. I must have had 10 glasses of red wine between the hours of 6pm-2am. I'm hungover today needless to say.
Anyway - today:
B ~ 1/4 Whole Wheat English Muffin with 1/2 tblspoon SF PB
S ~ SF Vanilla Iced Mocha w/ Skim Milk
L ~ 2 bites Fish flank from Long John Silvers and 1/4 hush puppy (felt HORRIBLE after this)

Glad to hear the reunion was worth it. Thanks for these posts - it is helping me make better choices and eat less.
Here's my day:
B - protein shake
L - 1oz chicken, 1oz cheese, 1/2 tomato, spoon of coleslaw, spoon of potato salad (buffet meal at church - I love being able to turn down the desserts )
S - small bag of crunchy cheetos (I know I know - bad choice, but I love them so. 160 calories)
D - 3oz tuna & pasta with cheese grated on top
Hot tea/water & crystal lighte to drink throughout day

So far today I have eaten
one soft boiled egg, 1/2 slice ww toast, one teaspoon butter
2 oz chicken, 1 cup mixed baby green salad with tomato and cukes
2 oz OJ + water+ scoop Unjury Unflavored protein powder
3 oz chicken, two baby potatoes, 1/4 c. sauteed eggplant+onion+summer squash (yum), one tblspn olive oil
one SF fudgesicle
I am done for the day.

I didnt eat much protein today as normal dont know why...........anyhoo

1 cup watermelon
shaved deli turkey & string cheese
corned beef and cabbage
crystal nectar tonight
Over 100 ozs of water so far and all supplements, except vitamins, I guess I'll get them now!!
I've been a bad eater today:
B: Nectar Protein Drink
L: 1/2 c Chex Mix (sweet & salty blend-too yummy- dangerous)
2 bites of my husband's cheeseburger (that he grilled)
D: 1 oz. cottage cheese (didn't want anymore than a couple of bites)
I need to eat something else today, but I am not in the mood.

I struggled with carb cravings all day, I think it must have been the fog (I live in San Francisco) . Here's what I ate:
B: Atkins protein bar
L: 3oz grilled chicken breast, 1/2 slice of cheese, ketchup and mustard, 2 french fries
D: Unjury protein shake (45g protienI
S: Sugar free ice cream, 1/2 c.
B: Isopure Protein Shake (25 gr + 8 oz skim milk = 33 grams)
S: Balance Protein Bar- Chocolate Cookie Mint yummmm (14 grams)
L: 1 slice of Papa Johns thin crust hawian pizza - not a good choice and yes I felt like crap after eating it
D: small salad w/ cheese & chilli (umm maybe 8-10 grams)
S: a few bites of cake and a 12 oz glass of skim milk (12 grams)
