Hunger Pains

What does it feel like for you when you get hungry? This is a new feeling for me and I'm still getting used to it.

Hi Ruth! I'm not really feeling any true hunger pains yet. I can go for hours without eating and then all the sudden I'll feel weak and weery! So that prompts me to eat! But I haven't had any "growls" or actual hunger feelings. What kind of feelings are you having? Deanna

Well I'm having terrible pain in my 'belly' and I'm trying to figure out if it is hunger pains as I don't actually feel hungry in my head if that makes sense!! I wondered what it was like for others to see if they get the same feelings. I noticed the pain went while I was on vacation. The only thing I can think of was that I was eating more and more regularly (too much some of the time - oh that mexican food )

I can go without eating for a long time and not think about food - when I am busy. But just sitting around I am able to notice my hunger feeling more . . it is hard to describe but it is different. . . .I try to stay busy and not notice that I haven't eaten so that I wont get back into the snacking habit.
