Offical 3 month check up

Well today was my official weighing in at my doctor's office. We went over how my eating was going and she stated that I was doing fine. My loss for my 3 month check up is 22 pounds for a grand total of 75 pounds. I am so excited. I know now that this is a God thing and I am so grateful for the tool he has given me. Ok now on another not I went to Palm Springs last week and while I was gone my kitchen caught on fire. My oldest daughter was cooking French fries and locked herself out side. I am just happy she is doing ok since she was outside she wasn't hurt. I am however looking forward to going back home soon. I won't be logging on here very often for awhile but know that I will be thinking about you all and praying for your continued success. Well that's all for now I will update again. Lorraine

Hi Lorraine, Congrats on the awesome progress @ your three month check-up. Was that a total of 75lbs lost in 3 months? That's amazing progress!! I'm so sorry to hear about your kitchen catching fire. I am so sorry about your kitchen, but thank God your daughter is ok. Things can be replaced. I pray God takes care of everything so you have an even better kitchen than you did before. That happened with my van. A little old lady totaled my van, & it worked out that I got a better & safer one to replace it. Congrats on your weight loss success. That is wonderful!!! Darlene
