Ugh, eating today is NOT going well! B--I had my "breakfast of champions", it's the only thing that goes down really well for me in the morning (string cheese and 4 whole wheat Ritz with 1 tbsp peanut butter). L--3 bites of chicken. I could tell it was a "no go" today after a couple bites, it started to feel stuck or "funny" so I quit eating. Now I feel all gross and don't have any desire to eat anything. Anyone else get this feeling from chicken? bleck!!! S--I really need to eat a protein bar so hopefully I can get over that "blecky" feeling and eat one later this afternoon. D--I'm planning on getting some Pintos with extra cheese from Taco Bell ... I'll be out and about and need to pick something up fast so this should fit the bill. Deanna

Agh...........!!!!!!!!!!! Having read what you all are eating has got me worried. I am eating far more than you do. No wonder I'm loosing slower than everyone else. I'm going to cut down drastically. Thanks for the head up though

Hi Ruth, I too was looking at what everyone is eating and wondering why I'm loosing at all! I have: breakfast: 6oz. protein drink 105 cal., 25 pro. coffee w/french vanilla creamer 35 cal., 0 pro. snack: 4oz. cottage cheese 90 cal., 13 pro. lunch: 2oz. tuna (or chicken) 76 cal (90 cal) 15 pro. (17 pro) snack: watermelon 24 cal. , 0 pro. dinner: 2oz. fish, chicken or red meat 75 - 142 cal. 14 -17 pro. 2oz. veggie. 6 cal. , 0 pro. snack: fat free/sugar free fudge pop 40 cal. ,0 pro. that's about 470+ calories and about 72 g protein so I wind up munching on some soy nuts, beef jerkey or mix a half portion of protein drink to get more protein. Looks like a lot of food compared to others. What does your day look like? I feel like I'm eating way to much but I don't know how else to get the proteins in. Any suggestions or ideas would be welcomed. Thanks and congrats on your lose! Peace, Elena
