What have you eaten today? 8/15

Congrats on your overnight weight loss! That is always a nice wake up present, huh?!
I'm not eating super well today, so I'm definately not advocating what my meal plan is today! I took a water aerobics class this morning and I know I should eat to fuel my body but I just have no desire to eat today. Anyway, what I've had so far is:
B--string cheese, 4 whole wheat Ritz w/one tbsp peanut butter
L--string cheese (like I said, nothing sounds good so I opted for yet another string cheese!), one small slice of apple with the peel removed
S--I really need to force down a protein bar but I haven't made it to snack time yet
D--don't know yet ... I am in the "I don't want to eat" mood today.
I have half my water down today though. And I'm looking forward to my strawberry/kiwi Propel! Yum!
I hope everyone is having a better food day than I am!

Well Let's see:
B-nothing (which is bad)
S- 2 cheese squares w/2 triscuits
L- cobb salad (late lunch @ 3:00pm)\
D-!/2 Turkey & Swiss sandwich
I drank about 32oz of water today and I absouletly love Turkey Hill diet iced tea. Also Minute Maid light lemonade. It only has 15 calories per 8oz and 2g of sugar. It tastes really great.

B: beef brisket in bbq (blech)
L: grilled chicken with course peper (boring but safe)
D: the most fantastic terrific amazing baked to perfection Halibut in this world, the texture was like a moist chicken, the flavor was fantastic with lemon pepper, italian seasonings and a dash of garlic. it was absolutely to die for.
