BREAD????????
Hey Diva! How are you!
Darci told me I could have bread, as long as it was toasted and was whole grain with at least 3 gr of fiber in it..... I tried a poached egg on toast and I ate all of the egg but only a few bites of the toast. No way would I be able to eat a whole piece. Isn't this great?
I had a 3-week stall but am losing again - - I'm down 42 pounds! YAY!
