BREAD????????

Hey Diva! How are you! Darci told me I could have bread, as long as it was toasted and was whole grain with at least 3 gr of fiber in it..... I tried a poached egg on toast and I ate all of the egg but only a few bites of the toast. No way would I be able to eat a whole piece. Isn't this great? I had a 3-week stall but am losing again - - I'm down 42 pounds! YAY! Karen

Hey Karen I'm doing well, its good to hear from you. I had e mailed her and received the ok but was still afraid, it would get stuck and I would . I'm down55- 57 lbs when I last weighed 2 days ago. I'm pretty happy about that. I havent had a stall yet.

Hey DD, You seem to be doing great. Bread fills you up to quick as well as rice. So this is why your asked to stay away from it. It also prevents you from getting in the good stuff because you are full.

I can do rice, pasta & bread. I especially like the Lance brand cheese on wheat crackers when my pouch is grouchy. I try to be careful with those choices though because it makes me crave even more carbs. They sure do hit the spot sometimes though! Darlene

Let us know how you do. You'll find that you need less to eat because you'll get fuller quicker.
