Is your weight loss slowing?
I started at 22/24 size, and am now 18, so you are doing better than me.
I walk/ride daily, but I do not pu**** and I barely drink 30 oz a day, it is a real struggle for me. I average about 25 gram of protein a day.
I am averaging about 225 - 250 in calories each day.
each person looses in different areas, and each person loses at different rates. no two metabolisms are the same. my husband eats 3500 calories a day, that is not a typo. 3500! and he still hovers between 168 lbs and 174 lbs and is 6ft 4in. no matter what I do, Iwill never have his metabolism. and I will never be able to eat like him. he can eat an entire 16inch pizza and I have 1/2 a crust off of 1 slice.
