okay guys... help me!! I'm only 12 weeks out and all of a sudden my hunger has come back FULL FORCE. It still only takes minimal food to fill me - but a couple of hours later I'm already thinking "What can I eat next?". It's not head hunger... I'm always hungry. I miss the "never being hungry" why did it leave so early? It's obviously taking a toll on me too because I've GAINED back 3-5lbs in the past week. Ugh... I'm making horrible food choices also. Please help kick my butt into gear.

Hi Megan - I've increased my physical activity to a higher level, and since then my hunger has increased as well. But since you've been very physically active all along, maybe its a sign you're not eating enough? Have you been particularly stressed lately? I'm sorry that you've gained some weight back, but I'm sure that's temporary. There will be waves of hunger and weight gain, and other waves of no hunger and weight loss. We just have to learn to surf! Hope this helps! Heather 254/233/193/140

I've noticed I feel hungry.. or think I'm hungry more lately... I just tell myself no... a woman on the regular board says "nothing taste as good as thin feels." and I have that posted on my fridge at home... If I just gotta have something i will eat some cheese.. I have also noticed that I can eat more than I use to, at least with certain foods. My weight loss has slowed down a little bit but I am continuing to loose weight.. Hang in there.... remember you have gone through an awful lot to let it win... you will get through this... have faith in your tool and follow the program.. good luck to you..

If eating will satify your hunger just make sure whatever you are eating is something that is good for you. You could try to increase your fluid intake . . our body respondes to our stomaches being empty not necessarily hunger you could be thirsty. Since you are gaining . . concentrate on making healthy snack meals. Hope this helps Phenom 322/287/160

OH - Am I glad I am not the only one having this problem!!!! I hate it but I feel just like you - what can I eat now? My doctor wnats us to only eat 3 meals a day and 1 snack but I will NEVER do this - I think I might have to be a 6 meal a day person but I know the drawback with this - is to make sure I do not eat as much for one of those mini-meals as I would a regular. HELP!!! I AM HUNGRY!! Darlene

sweets you are doing so phenemenal just relax! Are you due for your period, do you have to make a poop that might account for some of the weight gain! Have you ever tried soy nuts...not that they are a fabulous tasting snack but they are high in protein and they are tasty enough to me! You are working out like wonder woman you're going to need some extra calories to make it through those work outs. just relax you are doing fine, you'll be thin and all will be well with you. Andi
