Am I using this WLS right?

I think it only seems others are losing faster - maybe when we are all 1 year out it will be easier to put into perspective. I think you are doing great!!!! Ive lost 55 since surgery on May 1st and a total of 68 but I began at 342 - thats a HUGE difference from you. I think somdays we all feel this way - but as long as the scale goes down - not up we are all successes! Wishing you continued success, Kathryn

I know huh? If i tell one of my gfs that they are like "ONLY 35lbs!!!"...so I am going to quit complaining...this is the most weight and healthiest i've ever been, so ive have to quit it...just some days i let it get ahold of my brain and i roll with it. Today's a better day!
