How much have you lost????

Had surgery 5/1, I've lost about 54 pounds. I was hoping to get down 60 pounds by my 3 month appointment, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen. I'm wearing size 10's tight & 12's very comfortably. Darlene

So far I've lost 84 lbs. I didn't think I lost much this past month because I've been out of town and not able to keep up with exercise and get in all my water and protein but have still been losing anyway.

31July will be my 2 month marc. I started at 231 now @ 195, and moving Oh So S l o w.

I am 8 weeks out tomorrow and have lost 41 lbs! Congrats to everyone on your weight loss... you are all doing fabulous!

as of july 17th I had lost 33 lbs , I weigh myself once a month. Phenom 322/389/145?

I am 9 weeks out and have lost 52 lbs!!!!

I'm 2 1/2 months out and I've lost 20lbs pre-op and 62lbs post op.

I'm 9 weeks out: highest: 254 pre-op: 233 today: 196 So I've lost 36 pounds since surgery, and 58 pounds overall.

I have lost 49 lbs since May 19th. I am down from 302 to 253. Was wearing size 26/28, now wearing 18/20. Weight loss is slow, but steady. I am grateful. Congratulations to everyone here.
