Hi Mandy I am 8 weeks out (rny may 31st) and last week (at 7 weeks) had lost 38lbs. I haven't weighed since then so it may be a little more. I've read on other boards that we should be loosing around 20% of our total excess weight each month.

today's my weekly weigh in day... so here's my chart. lost 26 lbs preop and now 49 in 12 weeks since surgery. 75 total is a great number today, because that's what my two daughters weigh together. I'm going to take my picture holding both of them. I can't imagine I was walking around like I was carrying them 24/7!
