Anyone throw up still???
Yes! I still am up chucking a few times a week. And I never know what will cause it. One morning it was Carnation Instant Breakfast!!! Who knows why?? Tonight I had a small amount of BBQ Beef and up it came!! Maybe the sugar in the BBQ sauce! So I am waiting awhile and then back to the cottage cheese.
I am down 45 lbs and also loving it!!

P.S. How do I get the message emotions to work??
I avoid most foods . . I get my protein from my protein drinks, vegetables, and dairy products. I tried eggs about 3 weeks out and they did not do well and most meats fill me up too quick and I feel uncomfortable so avoid eating a lot of heavy foods. Sometimes I can eat chicken just fine but other times I get real full after only a few bites . . So I might eat a bite here and there . . mostly fluids for me . . .

Yes, I'm still throwing up!! I had just remarked to my husband yesterday that I was having a very good week, (only threw up once early in the week). I thought I was finally ready to begin trying some more substantial foods. Then this a.m., I had some pork-n-beans, actually finished the can I started on Wednesday. I had eaten them for lunch and dinner yesterday, but today...I threw up until 4:30 p.m. Could not even take a sip of water with it coming up. Finally around 6:30 I was able to hold down a little egg drop soup. It's really weird, one day everything's great and the next day the same food makes me sick. I, too, get the "stuck" feeling and then it makes up and up it comes. I read somewhere that my bites should be no larger than a pencil eraser and you should wait 2-3 minutes between bites. I can manage the tiny bites, but the longest I can wait between bites is 30-45 seconds (after swallowing). That may not sound like long, but sitting there watching the seconds tick by seems like forever! I thought I had solved my problem with my new eating routine, but not today!! My surgeon told me at my 6-weeks appt. that as long as I could drink, all was OK and it would get easier. I hope he's right!
