Onederland....

Hi all - I'm usually a lurker or responder, and not a poster, but today is my 2 month anniversary. I am now 199 pounds! I hope to never see the 200s again, though I still have a small fear that it might come back (since that's what's always happened before). I have lost 34 pounds since surgery, and 55 pounds since January! Stay cool everyone and drink your water! Take care, Heather 254/233/199

it is strange, I can coast along at a weight and the scale seems to just be glued to that number, and the poof. it just drops each day for a couple of days, and then sticks again. never a smooth glide, but more of a cliff plumet and then level off, cliff plumet, level off. worse than riding a roller coaster.

Congrats.. I got on the scale today and I'm on 202... I'm so close but than.. guess who came to visit today.. so I guess I will be waiting for a week before the scale goes down again.. darn.. I cant stand it... Enjoy your wonderful journey and glad to see you posting on the boards.

Hi Carla - Thanks for your note. You are so close! When I get my visit () my weight stays the same for about a week and then drops several pounds at once. It will happen when you least expect it, trust me!
