At two months out what are you drinking?
I attend a WLS support group where people sometimes bring in different products for us to try. I got a sample of something called "Water Sensations." It is a little packet of liquid flavoring that you put into a bottle of water. The first one I tried was peach--and I was surprised that it tasted so much like a real peach. I find I am so sick of "loud" fruit flavors and things that are over-sweetened. I also find that it is easier for me to drink a whole bottle of water when it has this flavoring. Anyway, you can google "Water Sensations" and find a place near you that sells it, or buy it on line. It is sold in Target stores, near the bottled water and stuff like Crystal Light, and you get 16 packets for about $3.50 - $4.00.

I have been the queen of iced tea! Unsweeted, of course. I use a couple bags of regular Lipton and add a bag of Chai. It's wonderful! I also drink SF Tang and a lot of ice water. I have had some diet Pepsi, diet Dr. Pepper, diet Sprite, etc. I just pour it over a lot of ice to cut the carbonation some. Good when I'm having a real pop craving and can't get rid of it with iced tea!
