General Update on Me

Just wanted to add that I'm with ya'll that are pleatuing right now. I've weighed the same for about the past week. In fact, I GAINED a lb this morning. I started my journey at 272 and I'm weighing in at 228 now. So I've lost a total of about 44lbs. I started at a size 22/24 and I'm down to a size 16ish. Any females notice that hunger comes back full-force while PMSing? Granted we can't eat as much but the rest of the month I don't even feel hunger. I'm working out 6 days a week 4 of wich are with a personal trainer now. I love going to the Gym. This is something new to me - I never enjoyed going to the gym before. I can actually JOG most of the 45minutes on the treadmill too. Before I could only do a minute or two here and there. God love Gastric Bypass! I leave for a business trip on Friday. I'll be in San Diego (La Jolla) for 10 days. The whole company is going and I'm seeing coworkers that I haven't seen in a year. I'm anxious to see them - but nervous about the food choices I'll have. Anyone have new food ideas? I'm so sick of the same old stuff. How is everyone else doing?

Hey Megan, congrats on your weight loss!! Way to go girl!!! I am getting in more exercise as well. I signed my children up for classes at the Y, so now when they are dancing or playing basketball, I can get in an hour of excercise. I have been cleaning outhte house as well, garage and bvasement mostly, so I am getting in quite a bit of physical activity there. I do not have any advice about food though, everyting bores me now. I made some cheddar brocoli soup the oterh day and although it went down fine the first tow nights, today it made me feel sick. Oh well, back to the drawing board I guess. Have fun on your trip!!!

HeYYYYYYY Megan, glad to hear from you and to see you posting..........I am finally starting to feel the same way about the gym...........I get a little when I cant make it...but I will get on the gazelle with the Lower Body Solutions dvd, that Tony Little. Hi Megan Just wanted to wish you a great trip - the reaction on your co-workers faces that haven't seen you in a while will taste betterthan all the food that's there anyway (ha ha). Hope it goes well, let us know how it went when you get back. It maybe a chance to try some new foods...be careful tho' you dont want to get sick while you are enjoying yourself.

Hey Megan! I'm pms'ing as we speak and truthfully i'm ravenous like a mad dog and I just hate that. Be well and enjoy your trip!!!! I'm doing phenomenal, I started at 217.5 and I'm down to 192.2 as of this morning, not bad for the week my "friend" arrives. I know my weight loss will be slower as i'm not that heavy. Have a wonderful time in Cali and take lots of pictures. Be Well, ANDI
