Frustration!!!
I guess I am on the same boat . . . I walk, I get in at least 70gm of protein and 70 oz of fluid a day. I have lost 33lbs since May 15th but I feel like I should be losing more . . . I don't even weigh anymore . . I just wait until I get to the dr ofc each month . . .I am losing inches and I only have 1 chin now, but seems like the scale could be a little nicer. I was lifting weights but I stopped because didn't want to build up to much muscle - hoping I will see lower numbers . . . . over all I commit to small goals and work to meet them . . I met my first one for this month and that was to be in the 280's and my next goal is to be able to wear a particular suit by the 2nd Sunday in August. I think I can do it.
