Jenia , I'm eight weeks out too. My food is a little different though. I don't think the soup and jello are going to stay in your pouch for long.... hence the hunger. My food is still fairly limited but I find meat(turkey, chicken, shrimp) takes much less to fill me and stay full. Things like yogurt, cottage cheese, etc don't have the same staying power. Supposedly our pouches hold two to four ounces at a time. Are you taking in all your water? My nut says that sometimes "hunger" pain is really the body calling for water. I would talk to your nutritionist and see what they say about what you are eating. Congratulations on your weight loss! Kathy

Howdy Jenia ((((((((((((((((((Lady J)))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Thanks for putting into words what i've been feeling all day! I ate a half of a chicken salad wrap yesterday and that freaked me out totally, i've never been able to do that before. I'm due for my monthly nightmare and i wonder if that's why i feel so ravenous this week?! It does not seem that you are eating all that much food, I could be wrong but i eat about the same as you do! I don't do the protein shakes anymore they make me vomit. If anyone gives you a phenomenal idea can you please email me with it. Hugs, ANDI

WOW! I am glad it is just not me!!! But no I do not think you are eating too much. Have you tried Carnation Instant Breakfast - this stays with me awhile and oatmeal does too. I went to bed hungry last night but I survived. I had wheat thins and cheese sticks for a total of 15 gr protein so I knew I was not "starving" as my tummy tried to tell me I was. I guess I will go have my oatmeal! HUGS Darlene

stuff that is easily digested (high carbs) go right through me, and I am HUNGRY again. and just about everything you listed it high carb and so easily digested. I eat a 1oz steak for breakfast and I am not hungry for 6 hours. now BRAIN hunger, I am ALWAYS hungry. I could easily devour a bag of chips or something, but fortunately, my tummy is still precisely 1.0 oz.
