Tierra, You are 4 days older than me! I have had the scale freeze on me too! Scary huh? It started moving again when I upped the exercise and ate ALL three meals daily. Are you drinking all your water? I find if I come up short on ounces I start retaining and the ankles swell. But I live in the AZ desert too. My friend is 11 months ahead of me and scored a bigger loss at two months, but she paid for it with alot of hair loss and a stricture! Keep doing what we have to do and the scale WILL have to move! Hi Tierra, I totally understand. I feel the same way, I go to support group and there are a few that have lost more than I in the same amount of time. One of my support group participants said that what I should do is get a belt that has the holes all the way around the belt. That way when you take it in, mark the date and weight. She said you will be amazed and that way you have something you can see that will keep you going. I totally relate though, Martee

Dear Tierra I also am 2 months out i had my surgery on the same day as you. i am down 37 lbs. My Dr, said that 14 pounds a month for me is where he wants me to be. it depends your starting weight is i also was very depressed but everyone seems to think this is good so i am just doing what i am doing and i know i am not doing any wrong so i can not lose. i weighted 266. the day of May 1st on the 3rd of may coming home i weighted 280 today 229 so i feel ok with this i hope this helps e-mail me if you need to talk more . thank you Diane
