ok well im doing pretty good up intill this week auntie flow came to visit bringing her misery and its really horrible.did other women experiance this its worse then ever,cramps,emotions not feeling well,felling naucous sp?.but besides that im on regualr foods now fruit,chicken,veggies(cooked)i have to wait till july 6 to eat bread and raw veggies.i have lost 24 pounds and 11 just before surgery so a total of 35 im happy with that my clothes are huge on me and i wasnt getting in my protein in the first 3 weeks so i finally found one i like unjury so im sure my weight will drop! water is great im getting in 3 meals at about 1-2 ounces.i was doing a kickboxing class and walking 2 miles but this week i cant seem to do anything because of what i said above so when its over im hitting that 5 times a day.thats all for now i hope all is well with theere jouney yake care. Howdy Jeanette! My period was just horrid right after the surgery, there was no rest for the weary that's for sure. Good luck to you you're doing phenomenal keep up the good work. ANDI

Hey Sister! I'm a day older than you! I started out at 245 and at my one month I had only lost 30lbs. I have starting to walk more often I think that this will help! I have also heard that our periods will get real heavy for the first few months out, so it will just take time before we get back to being a normal person again. Keep up the the good work. P.S. We seam to have a lot in common! Brandy

congratulations, sounds like you are right on track, right on target, and doing great. I noticed that my clothes are getting loose as well. I have lost 25lbs before and 25 lbs after and my swimming suit yesterday looks much better than before. ;)
