Okay... common question coming. How many times BEFORE surgery when you were dieting had you lost 35lbs in six weeks? I know ... I hate it when people ask me that question too!! Everyone loses as different speeds. Are you drinking all of your water? Getting in all of your protien? Taking your vitamins? Working out?
I was losing at what I thought to be a slow pace but over the past week it's picked up big time. I started the morning of surgery at 272 and this morning I was 230. So that's a total of 42lbs in six weeks. That being said, I'm drinking 100+oz of water a day, eating 60+ grams of protien a day, never missing a dose of vitamins, and I work out for 2 hours a day. Yes, 2 hours a day. I do a minimum of hour cardio and 45 - hour of weights. I also have a personal trainer. I'm maximizing this tool to the best of my ability because I'm scared that once my "honeymoon" phase is over I'll be SOL. I admit - I have NO appettite and there are days when I have to MAKE myself eat. Yesterday I had a bit of tuna for lunch and a couple slices of chicken breast around 11pm. I had to rely on protien shakes most of the day because I just couldn't eat.

I'm very happy with my stats because I never would have been able to lose this much this fast on my own. I know my tool is working!
I wish everyone success with their own individual journey!
