Biotin?

Biotin are you guys taking it yet? The 23rd I will be one month out and I guess I need to start taking it for hair loss. What do you guys take? Brandy

Thats a good ideal.. I have been on biotin a year before my surgery and continue to take it .Start now.......

Can you suggest something?

Where do you get Biotin from? Is it a tablet or in what form do you take it?

Hi Christi, I got my Calicum Citrate from www.bariatricadvantage.com. They have a several flavors that you just suck on and they dissolve. I like the cinnimon. I have not started taking the Biotin but am going to walmart today to see if they have it. Pat
