any sweating, lightheadedness?

Hi all - I've noticed that when I exert myself at all I seem to sweat a lot more than before and feel hot and flushed. Have any of you experienced this? Also, do any of you experience lightheadedness when you stand up? I'm now off my blood pressure medications but I'm still experiencing this from time to time. Thanks! Heather

Sweetie it sounds like you might be dehydrated. Are you getting enough water???? Maybe you may need to have your Dr revisit the BP meds for a bit Sue

I'm going through this, usually when I first wake up in the morning or when I go for my 30 minute walks. I've never had any blood pressure problems but since the surgery it's been really low, maybe this is also the cause of your lightheadness/dizzyness. Just keep an eye on it!
