Protien shakes, powder...stomachache?

Kate, I ordered the tubes and they are really good. My only question is when do you drink them? They say that you should eat it with food or a snack. Do you? I would rather not - but I will if I have to. Thanks for telling me about the tubes. I think with one of those a day I will be getting enough protien....I hope atleast! What are we supposed to get - 40-50 grams of protien - or is it 60?

I don't take them with food...I just slug one back in the morning with vitamins, actually. That way, all the nasties of the day are taken care of. I get enough protein from other sources, but this "boost in a tube" makes SURE I keep my count up there ... 50 or higher, per my surgeon. Glad the tip worked for you.
